Hurricane Fuel tank sump (For Welding)

The Hurricane fuel tank sump is one of the simplest solutions for mounting external pumps to a steel fuel tank. You simply weld the sump at the bottom of the tank and use the pre-welded AN12 ORB connections to further mount the fuel system in AN hose or pipe.

The sump is TIG welded and is a good complement if, for example, you want to drive with an OEM tank but with an aftermarket hose/pump or simply want to mount the fuel supply downwards in a fuel cell/self-built tank.

The sump is shaped so that as much fuel as possible can be used and so that it has the lowest point in the tank.
