NPT threads are conical and are often used for sensors. These NPT threads must be sealed to achieve a leak-free installation, and therefore we recommend our PTFE thread tape.
The AN fittings can be used with all available fuels such as gasoline, methanol, ethanol, and diesel. They are also suitable for use in water, air, and oil systems.
